Is it possible to transfer a season ticket to another member?

Reason I'm asking is my friend can't use his season ticket for the foreseeable future due to having to move abroad for work and wondered is it possible to transfer it over to another member? As I know someone who wants it but will only take it if it can be transferred over. Tried emailing ticket office but no response.

When work commitments meant I could no longer go to games I just gave my season ticket to my brother. I kept it up for 3 seasons until the penny finally dropped that I wouldn't be going back and offered it to him on a formal basis (i.e. he can start paying, as well as going).
Being a Man United fan, he declined - but he still, for some reason,takes great pleasure in pointing out that it's HIS mugshot that appears in one of the crowd photos on the front of a program, when mine appears fucking nowhere. By the logic of some on here that makes, with 100% certainty, HIM the West Ham fan in the family, not me.

I think I sent an e-mail with the details to and from. They even managed to put the points that the member had on to the season ticket.

Yeah I'm having to do this. Transferring my ex's ticket to my dad's name. They said it's dead easy to do although they might need written permission from the person you're transferring it from (your mate who is moving abroad) saying they are ok with you doing it.

apologies TMC, just read your later post. If the people using it want it permanently and your mate wants to get rid of it permanently then that's a bit different.

why will they only take it if it's transferred over? what difference does it make?
If it was my ST I wouldn't transfer it over to anyone, even if it was possible...what happens if they wont transfer it back? you wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Needs to be transferred before deadline day otherwise you'll have to wait till January.

Well I think they want it transferred so they can get all the benefits and renew next season as want it permanently

Yes, contact the Ticket office and tell them what membership number to transfer it to.
I did it two years ago, nice and simple.
